Erm - Grant's blended Scotch whisky is distilled in Girvan in Scotland, and has no relationship to General Grant of American Civil War fame. In fact, he was dead before the distillery was operating.

I'm not supposed to drink alcohol yet, but I have tasted the single-malt Glenfiddich my dad drinks and I quite liked it. But my dad says blended scotch, like Grant's are rubbish, and only fit for mixing with soda. He also says a traditional Scots whisky drinker will never mix his single-malt with anything, nor will he pollute it with ice.

General Grant reportedly drank Old Crow bourbon.

Democrats are no longer "normal". Liberals are not "normal" any more. See what I'm saying?

The media is not "normal". Nicolle Wallace is not "normal". Jeff Zucker is not "normal". These people are not "normal", but they are in the drivers' seats.

Our president appears to be trending their direction in order to accommodate them and what is not "normal". That is wrong but he seems willing to do it. That isn't "normal" either. It's surrender.

    See what I'm saying?

Glenfiddich(?) is excellent but I don't drink it. Thanks for the tip.

Yes, I suspect Grant's scotch has nothing to do with President Grant unless coincidentally if you were interested enough to dig into the "Grant" family tree, and if you did, you likely would find some relationship there. Hence, whatever ... LOL
