Thats very true gamewell, except NO ONE should ever come before an American Citizen and thats where the problem lies

California puts an illegal immigrant from El Salvador the number 1 spot where m13 originates from and puts him before homeless americans.

No one can demonstrate with any common sense how illegal immigrants being put before american citizens enhances the well being of the country.

We should probably limit legal immigration at all levels. Self supporting or not.

I thought that this was the law for at least 20 years? How can they sue to stop enforcement of current law?

“Not like the brazen giant of Greek fame,
    With conquering limbs astride from land to land;
Here at our sea-washed, sunset gates shall stand
A mighty woman with a torch, whose flame
Is the imprisoned lightning, and her name
Mother of Exiles. From her beacon-hand
Glows world-wide welcome; her mild eyes command
The air-bridged harbor that twin cities frame.
“Keep, ancient lands, your storied pomp!” cries she
With silent lips. “Give me your tired, your poor,
Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free,
The wretched refuse of your teeming shore.
Send these, the homeless, tempest-tossed to me,
I lift my lamp beside the golden door!”

Yep, it’s time to take that $#@! down.
“Conscientiously believing that the proper condition of the negro is slavery, or a complete subjection to the white man, and entertaining the belief that the day is not distant when the old Union will be restored with slavery nationally declared to be the proper condition of all of African descent, and in view of the future harmony and progress of all the States of America, I have been induced to issue this address, so that there may be no misunderstanding in the future”

From what I understand the concept of "public charge" was vague in the law. It has been tightened and clarified. The treason lobby is pissed so it's likely to make an impact on legal immigration.
Whoever criticizes capitalism, while approving immigration, whose working class is its first victim, had better shut up. Whoever criticizes immigration, while remaining silent about capitalism, should do the same.

This reminds me of practices Adam Smith describes for moving from one community or village to another in pre-modern times. You were free to move but had to find someone to vouch for you in the community you wanted to move to. Back then, a community was responsible for each other such that if you fell into hard times you were taken care of for a time, trusting that you were a responsible member of the community who would work his way back to being a contributing member. Before a community allowed you in, someone had to vouch for your ability and history of being a productive member.
Tradition is not the worship of ashes, but the preservation of fire. ― Gustav Mahler

Half of what they do is unconstitutional by any common sense or textual or comparision to how things were expressed at that time. so why should mere law stop them. Laws are for peasants. Which to congress is pretty much all of us.

The country is TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN DEBT because of the welfare state. And these idiots are upset that the President is making it more difficult for the freeloaders of the world to come here for a government check.

I'm not sure "traitor" would be the most accurate term. Probably NO BRAINS FCKING MORON would be more like it.

Bottom line, President Trump is FINALLY looking after the taxpayers. Somebody should.

Yeah, like Benedict Arnold's did from General Washington's.
