https://www.tampabay.com/news/florid...re-they-right/On Monday, Jennifer Titus, a local news anchor from 10News WTSP, tweeted a seemingly innocent question and temperature recommendations from Energy Star, a federal program run by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and U.S. Department of Energy. According to Energy Star, you should set your thermostat to 78 degrees while you’re at home, 85 degrees when you’re not, and 82 degrees while you’re sleeping for “optimal” energy efficiency.
