    True but I can see going on Keto for a wedding or similar event.

    No, not me. I'm holding steady at 133. I'm just saying that if someone needed to fit into their tux or just wanted to look better for an event like that a month on Keto isn't a bad idea. It's a diet that will get you quicker results.
