You need no diet - yet. While your metabolism is running high.

I have an iron gut.. nothing bothers my stomach. However, I've read reports by others on Keto that this is only an initial problem and then your body becomes fat adapted.

My biggest challenge is drinking enough fluids.
    You are wrong about police.

There is a lot to weight management. If you are just interested in the topic all that you need to know is the phrase calorie deficiency. Any diet can lead you to that. If you want to get into the weeds I suggest Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle.

I do, actually. I'm on a high protein diet. Sort of anyway. I've felt fewer aches and pains since I started that's for sure. I think I was pushing myself to level where 60 to 70 grams of protein wasn't cutting it. Now I average 80 to 90.

It's amazing how many people still believe you can turn fat into muscle. A little education goes a long way.

High fat meals usually make me go even if it's healthy fat.

I had the same problem in the cooler months. I was always careful in the warm weather as a runner because bad things can happen and fast if you don't stay hydrated. I got lazy in the Winter though but then I bought a bunch of herbal teas. It worked. Last Winter I drank over 20 ounces every evening.

Right. You cannot turn fat into muscle. You can build muscle while burning fat, although that is hard. Anyway the general interest in fat loss in America is a good thing, or at least I think so.

Definitely. Losing excess weight (i.e. useless fat) is one of the those things that can make a big difference in your health and you have control over it.
