Genesis chapter 1 is the original diet. Earth, hell, religion, philosophy all tied into the vast starry night. Oh, hell, what is it like? Heaven, is bliss, sigh. What a tree line.

But, I still try to hit the 33-33-33 even though I have to be careful with meat and anything solid (I find ways). I might try a different general plan simply because I do not like being religiously attached to a plan that has so little flexibility... but, I have found that this makes me feel more alert. I feel like I have more energy. Also, my skin has been fantastic lately - so has my hair, actually. I read somewhere that those were supposed to be benefits and it sure beats taking a supplement if I can do it through what I eat.

Hmm...Mr. V mentioned mental clarity too.

I got a pretty good genetic hand as far as skin goes. I look a lot younger than I am. I sas also blessed with a think head of dago hair so even though I've been losing my hair for 20 years I'm still not bald.

Okay, but I am turning 30 and I want to look 18. This is helping with the process, along with a ton of water and copious amounts of chemicals. I even have a face massager that looks bonkers but it is supposed to help with blood flow and lymphatic drainage.

I'm trying to work some $#@!ing Benjamin Button magic, okay? If I do not raise my eyebrows you can almost not tell I am hitting the 3-0. This feels like progress.

I know women get a lot more uptight about this $#@! but your 30s will be great. I wouldn't want to be 18 again. F that. Maybe 35.

I am pushing 50 and am the heaviest that I have been- in a good way, most of it is muscle. I don't have the long distance endurance that I did when I was younger, but that is what airborne infantry does to your body.

Just wanted to share this link. I have a favorite Youtuber for the Keto diet. Here is the link and a vid.

OTOH, I have heard that most of the initial weight loss is actually retained water.
True. The Keto diet acts like a diuretic. This is why you have to be careful because it can deplete your body of necessary salts and potassium. People on the diet are recommended to eat extra salt and eat a lot of potassium rich foods. The first weight you lose on Keto will just be water weight. When you quit the diet that water weight will come back. Here is a good link. https://8fit.com/nutrition/glycogen-...-water-weight/

Keto is great for dropping weight fast but it's unsustainable long term, for me anyway
