My diet is keto-like. I shifted about three months ago. I eat fatty cuts of beef, poultry, and a couple of thick salmon cuts weekly. I put coconut oil in my coffee. I eat no added sugars, almost no honey or molassas. I have cut down on non-fleshy fruits. I eat plenty of spinach and other leafy vegetables. I eat plenty of walnuts, pecans and almonds. I still eat cheese and drink some lactose-free milk.
I walk 6-10k steps daily. I do very light strength training (I have a squat machine and also do pull-downs).
