Maybe the contested action occurred prior to the video unless clothes were just in short supply in the neighborhood. But if that was the case it seems he'd he guilty of some sort of unlawful restraint.
On the other hand we do have two justice systems.

He's guilty of at least holding her hostage and assault, at the very least. The guy is literally dragging her while she's trying to flee.

Call your state legislators and insist they approve the Article V convention of States to propose amendments.

It's always amazing to see people make definite judgements about a particular verdict when they see only a tiny fraction of the evidence.

Some of us are just amazing people, Mr T, but I agree -- if it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and quacks, there is that possibility that it could be a pig.
It's why science and stuff.
