I love my Chinese made Iphone. I told the kids when they were young and would complain about cutting the lawn that they could be in China locked inside a factory making Iphones. They would roll their eyes, but I would remind them those Chinese kids making Iphones had a purpose and that was to support the Maoist regime!

I actually don't buy NFL anything other than watching the games and as a result the commercials. At the end of the day it's the consumer's responsibility to know what they are buying. Whether that be "official NFL apparel" or a knock off. Something tells me if they are identical the smart consumer is going to buy the cheaper version. Capitalism!

Deceptive selling practices doesn't really support your 'capitalism!' call. It is defrauding people, and infringes the copyright. I solidly believe in caveat emptor, but does a person have to be on their guard constantly, with every item they may purchase?

I suppose you'd feel the same way when deceptive selling practices are applied to senior citizens and the infirm....

I'll admit, I'm guilty of buying a $25 jersey, stuff that would cost probably $200 here. I'm not paying that much for a jersey. The quality is good
