I doubt that is true, but it doesn't really matter. This country is not governed by the will of the mob.

what laws and what state? I can sell a car in Indiana and I am not required to collect sales tax. They do that at the DMV when the new owner re-registers the vehicle.
I can buy or sell a legal firearm without collecting sales tax as well. No registration required.

    You are woefully uninformed!

90% of Americans want Democrats to be something other than failures too.

    But then somethings are impossible.

    No mob. Just liberal bull$#@!.
The only way to stop democrats' insane drive to impeach Trump and all their other illicit shenanigan is to force them to pay for it all out of their own pockets when they lose.

Fact Check Time: Dana Loesch Shreds New WaPo/ABC News Poll On Gun Control.....

A new poll conducted by ABC News and the Washington Post was just released. Specifically, pollsters asked Americans what they thought about various gun control proposals. Gun rights advocates have long said that using correct terminology and being familiar with laws that are already on the books is important. Terminology matters because it can mean the difference between a person breaking a law or not. The same goes for knowing what laws already exist.

One of the biggest misconceptions is that there's a "gun show loophole," that people who show up and purchase firearms at a gun show don't have to go through a background check. Most of people who sell at gun shows are Federal Firearms Licensees (FFLs). Because they're a business that has firearms continually coming and going, they have to conduct a background check on all buyers. It doesn't matter if the buyer was found at a gun show or the person walked through their brick and mortar store. They have to go through the background check process.

Anyone who purchases firearms online must go through a background check. The firearm is sent to your local FFL. When the firearm comes in, you fill out a 4473 and go through a background check. Anti-gunners assume purchasing online is like buying from Amazon. The gun doesn't just ship straight to your door step. That is a completely false notion.

If so-called news organizations are going to conduct polling, they have an obligation to know the facts surrounding the topic they're asking questions about. …..snip~

ok, I give you this one argument and see if you can overcome it: Where in the 2nd A does it say that an individual needs to pass a background check in order to own a firearm?

A majority say they want cuts to legal immigration. That majority is ignored by politicians left and right. So I don't care what the polls that the DNC/media make say.

For 90% of people to support background checks, there would have to be a majority of Republican voters who support it, but there's no real evidence those people exist.

Or....you can step out in the hallway, wait for the dealer to bring you out the gun, hand him the money, and walk off.
