Nope. That is illegal on both parties behalf. Why would a person, who makes his living selling guns legally, risk it all by doing anything illegal? Do you realize the investment he loses?
Besides, unless you can come up with a specific instance, I think you're lying or playing Whataboutism

One cannot remove a constitutional right with a law. It takes an amendment. This is worth fighting over.
Call your state legislators and insist they approve the Article V convention of States to propose amendments.

    Decriminalize the Average Man

If you reside in America and it is dinnertime, you have almost certainly broken the law. In his book Three Felonies a Day, civil-liberties lawyer Harvey Silverglate estimates that the average person unknowingly breaks at least three federal criminal laws every day. This toll does not count an avalanche of other laws — for example misdemeanors or civil violations such as disobeying a civil contempt order — all of which confront average people at every turn.

    You err.

This newest version is intended to make it expensive to buy a weapon. Every adult citizen not yet a criminal should carry a weapon.

That would be a felony on the part of both parties.

As usual the Demos aren't concerned about representing all people in the country. Still want to fall back on their Bull$#@! made of hype of common sense gun laws. Which amounts to the best Democrats can come up with for the country. Failure.

How do they define, "...hell to pay...".

...and what are they going to do, exactly?
Stall and delay Congressional action?.......... They are already doing that.
Cuss and fuss at Trump and Republicans?.........They are already doing that?
Get the media to make up mean stories about them?.............. They are already doing that?

Post nude pictures of Rosie O'Donnell all over every TV channel?.............OK, I will cave.
