I have never really been much of a meat eater in my life. But the few times where I did, I liked thin sliced steak, Carne Asada.......soooo gooood. Grilling it gave the best flavor. It is cheap too, just cheapy steak thin sliced. That paired up with some home made salsa, and home made refried beans, rice, and cilantro, and onions. Now were talkin'. Super cheap meal, super awesome, unparalleled actually. :)

I tried adding ground lamb (which wasn't cheap, BTW) to chili. It was...not good.

The down under meat at 7.99 a lb is a good deal you just have to get acustomed to the odd taste and less marbling of the fat making them a little tougher
