    The Game Changers

This is just a short little trailer, but the entire docu will be out later this month.

I've known this for years. A lot of people know this.

Many don't -- and many will resist...

    Wow. Just...wow.

I'm to the point in my life where I may have to make some changes if I want to live another fifteen years instead of just five or less. Honestly, I'd miss the meat, but...

I missed it at first. My husband really missed it -- he'd been raised on meat, meat, meat -- I mean like three types of meat at every meal. But now I can't imagine eating it anymore. I feel so much better than I used to. I think more clearly (some here would argue that, lol), but all-in-all it's been a life-changer for me.

I respect the ethical decision vegans have made but their religious zeal is off-putting.

I don't disagree. I believe in letting everyone do their own thing in their own time. This eating style works well for me, but perhaps it won't for everyone.

Honestly, that's great. Good for you. I don't like factory farming and pay a lot more for meat because it. It's all this proselytizing that bothers me. I'm honestly a little annoyed with Arnold.

I get that. When my nephew's came to visit this summer, my daughter got mad at me for cooking steaks for them. I told her that before we stopped eating meat we still ate meat. Don't know if she ever internalized that.

I'm not into judging anyone. I prefer We All Live and Let Live. I love animals, I admit that. But, I'm not so closed-minded that I don't understand others have different opinions and different ways that looking at the issues.

I'm looking forward to the whole documentary, because the science behind this is good. But we must always respect other people's choices.

I'm skeptical of the science and I'm skeptical of some of the stories as far as elite fitness is concerned. For me, the only respectable veganism is an ethical veganism. I don't need anyone to tell me I can be Mr. Universe on a vegan diet. I'm going to call BS on that for several reasons but that's immaterial. I can meet you half way regarding how we raise animals. It's offensive and I made a choice as a Christian to change my habits. Most Americans would also do well to eat less meat in so far as it comes at the expense of other foods.

I've read that vegans/vegetarians have a much higher chance of stroke, but a much lower chance of coronary relative to meat eaters.

I don't really care one way or the other, but I find people who feel compelled to tell me about their eating habits annoying at best.
