    Not in every county in America. The two Florida counties I sub in are big on student reading. There is the AR test system, where students have to read to get points. There is the computerized iReady Reading.

    Also, over a short career of subbing since 1999, I haven't seen ONE condom given out in any classroom. And I would have noticed.

    I can't speak for school districts in blue states. For all I know, those idiots are performing human sacrifices. I just know how it is here.

    In the schools I sub, the kids can go to the nurse's office to get condoms. Well, in high school anyway. I haven't heard about the middle schools doing that.
