That is how I drink it too. So do you put in an already mixed spice, or add them individually? I want to try it.

My son in PA is moving out here to get a better job and start his college degree, I'm flying back on Friday and driving with him in his car and things back here. Kind of planning on fasting during that time which is ok, maybe get down to 190 and go back to see-sawing from there.

We're not staying at hotels, he's going to drive when I sleep and vice-versa. He has to eat though, he's type-1 but I'll abstain. I need to get back here quick, got $#@! to do.
200 was your short term goal, IIRC? Or was it 180?

Like you were saying earlier, that both of you are making lifestyle changes together is helpful. It's motivating.
Whoever criticizes capitalism, while approving immigration, whose working class is its first victim, had better shut up. Whoever criticizes immigration, while remaining silent about capitalism, should do the same.

I misread the title and thought is was Pumpkin Spice Jam, instead of Spam. Jam sounds good, Spam not so much.
    You are wrong about police.

I bought some regular SPAM for emergencies. It's still waiting for me to have an emergency. I wonder if a case of SPAM is still edible 15 years later?
