I was talking with my banker the other day, and he was showing me how to install and set up the bank app on my phone. So in the course of doing that, he turned the "paperless banking" option on, then off, then back on, in order to demonstrate how easy it was.
Yesterday I get three separate letters from my bank. The first letter is notifying me, in so many words, that the paperless banking option on my account has been turned on, and that if it wasn't me who did it, etc.
I open the second letter, and it's informing me that the paperless banking option on my account has been turned OFF...etc.
And, of course, the third letter let me know that the paperless banking option on my account had been turned on.
