We do judge people by our societal morals, but the thing about the OP story is that it's probably not even true. The black kid who found the flier likely planted it as well -- to get attention. Had a white kid found it and turned it in -- I'd have a bit more faith in the story. When was the last time one of these stories was actually true?

And, even if it is true -- it's a school issue -- not an FBI issue. The school has said they would look for the culprit and punish him/her. Since it's not a crime -- why did they think the FBI would be involved? Does the FBI get involved in high school antics now?
