    Curry sause

    I have a indain cook book that has a recipe but im looking for one that people have used.
    I have eaten curry rice and chicken and lamb all in resturants and curry chicken from a chinese resturant that was super hot but the taste was ok .Im looking for a sause recipe that isnt so hot so i can serve it to family and freinds . all the curry I had varied a good bit . im looking for a mild recipe that wont kill guests

    Butter chicken is always a good option if you want a mild but tasty curry.

    In Germany one of my favorite meals is currywurst... brats or preferably knockwurst on a hard roll with ketchup and a healthy dose of curry.
