7 of them were released in Montgomery County, MD (where they don't call ICE to say we are releasing an illegal) and within the same month were arrested for rapes of various women and girls. Is that few and far between?

They were released for individual reasons, but the point is the police was not allowed to honor the ICE detainers. I suppose to those women, girls and their loved ones those 7 incidences were insignificant since a lot of people live in the county. If that was your daughter would you tell her to suck it up and don't be a racist?
