Agent, the Feds are increasingly 'knee capped' by senseless liberal progressive loonies who let illegal violent criminal aliens back onto local community streets and ignore detainers to hold them. We all hear the stories on the news, so and so local officials gives 'heads up.'

Why do you think local officials do that? Now there is something to have a discussion about. Who is actually running the show in El Paso? It rhymed.

They’re processed under the laws of their jurisdiction as dictated by federal law. As in the same judicial system that holds Joe Blow doesn’t have statutory rationale to hold them beyond the time the law specifies.

The greatest majority of these detainees are arrested for minor crimes, cases where their not and for some reason released are few and far between.

7 of them were released in Montgomery County, MD (where they don't call ICE to say we are releasing an illegal) and within the same month were arrested for rapes of various women and girls. Is that few and far between?

I was speaking in general.Thats another thread. However, seven out of 10k isn’t very much, is it? And why were they released? Were they all MS13?

Zero, maybe you start justifying why any of them are here in the first place. That is, what is the 'value add' to them being here.

They were released for individual reasons, but the point is the police was not allowed to honor the ICE detainers. I suppose to those women, girls and their loved ones those 7 incidences were insignificant since a lot of people live in the county. If that was your daughter would you tell her to suck it up and don't be a racist?

You're prefer those 40 be out on the street, raping women and children?

Yes, the Demos make sure local police aren't contacting the Feds about illegals sitting in their jail cells.
