I really don't care about who coordinated what.

I doubt that teams in need of a QB don't care about the workout. They all know what he can or can't do.

I think they would be more interested to interview him and determine what's going on with him from the neck up. Has he matured any? Will he avoid being a distraction? Will he enhance or damage team chemistry?

Any team signing him has to be getting some special draft choice or picking their own opponents for a couple of seasons. Maybe signing him get you a free roughing the QB for every pass he incompletes.

Mike Tyson, after 3 years in prison, was in good shape when he made a comeback. But was never the same fighter again. This guy didn't go to prison but I suspect he's lost the 'edge.' Assuming he did say he was sorry and admitted he was wrong for bringing politics into sports, the risk is he's still going to stink as a quarterback. He wasn't exactly a winner when he got the boot.

Mike Tyson wasn't the same after Cus D'amatto died and he threw in with Don King.

Tyson had gone so mad he resorted to biting off other people's ears. Tyson became a raw animal, undisciplined and irrational. Burn the 'pig' socks and say you are sorry for being a dumbass for dissing the American flag and police officers on national TV. You do that, and I see the sincerity in your eyes, I'll give you another shot if anyone wants to hire you.

Evidently he had his workout and proved that he has not matured one bit over the last three years.

The event is now sounding more like a stunt from Kaepernick and his crew.

""I've been ready for three years. I've been denied for three years," Kaepernick told reporters at the conclusion of a bizarre day. "... We are waiting for the 32 owners, 32 teams and [NFL Commissioner] Roger Goodell to stop running. Stop running from the truth, stop running from the people."

"The league also said that it only found out Friday night that Kaepernick wanted to bring his own video crew to record the workout. At the same time, the league said that it had agreed to a request from "Nike, with Colin's approval ... to shoot an ad featuring Colin and mentioning all the NFL teams present at the workout".

If he seriously wanted to get back into the NFL he would have conducted the workout like a mature adult. He just showed that if anyone I'd dumb enough to sign him, he'll try to be a distraction just to attract attention.
