Good news. Now there's a finite number that will be eligible for a gun buyback program or repercussions if the owner fails to comply.

you knowledge of guns is lacking colts market share of the civilian market is very limited . there are dozens of company's making ar 15 .
and there will be no gun buy back program . those who are running for office would be better off hanging themselves them trying that.

Colt's share of the civilian AR-15 market was actually pretty insignificant. They make a good rifle, but there are many manufacturers who make just as good a rifle and cost a lot less.

Their move will have zero impact on AR-15 availability.
