You seem to be almost threatened by the idea? It's not unusual to wonder about it. Most people, if not everyone, wonders about it at some point. Anyway, that's what they're trying to explore.
It's not unusual for a person to say goodbye right after death, the ones not coming back. I don't wonder about it, I know it happens.

Why and how would it be a threat to me? Explain that. I never said I didn't wonder about it. I do. I know that dead is dead. No brain waves and you're dead and you're not coming back. Now, if they can find a way to jump start the brain, that would change things.

Certainly. However that Lazarus guy might have some light to shed on the topic. I believe that a person can in fact be "dead", but I also believe that specific forces can change that state of affairs.

I had the "accident response" once and the accident didn't even actually happen. But my visual memories of the whole thing were from a sort of aerial view that I was in no position to have sen. I believe science has tried to explain this. I've had a few unexplainable things happen in my lifetime. Nothing as dramatic as these cases though.

Lazarus was a special case. Jesus turned water into wine-once. Jesus rose from the dead.

I say dead id dead as a reference to today. I don't says they're wrong but I don't believe any of it.

I said it. It was stating a fact. There was no argument. Life is eternal but the body isn't. That's what I mean by dead is dead. The physical is dead. The soul is eternal. We can't know what happens after we die and can't come back and say what it is. That would destroy the whole idea of faith.
