Mine is a gray cat, but I couldn’t tell you the breed. She’s a freaking cat. I was given her 15 years ago and she hasn't changed one bit in those 15 years.
when I was wintering in Mexico I left her at home with our house sitter. The absences never seemed to effect her in any way. When we came home she acted as though we never left.

It may be a mixed breed. Mine was a gray tabby who was found in a box on the side of the road by my buddy who was then a federal marshal (now DEA). He was almost too young to be away from his mother's milk but he had too many cats. I took him in and got him up to speed. Then I gave him to my mom and he spent most of his time in the swamps. He was a great cat. And we buried him in the garden at my house in Louisiana.

On the outside, trickling down on the Insiders
We won't live free until the Democrats, and their voters, live in fear.
When I was a new deputy working in the county jail, two young guys got arrested for animal cruelty. They tied a German Shepard to a tree and took turns shooting it with a bow an arrow. They basically tortured this dog to death over the course of two hours.
I was working in their housing unit and they were acting like punks. Their story, with no pictures or names was on the local news. Inmates knew about what these guys did, but they didn’t know who they were.
I finally calmed them up to the officers station and told them that if they don’t knock if the stupid $#@!, I’m going to tell the tank boss who you guys are. One of them laughed and said “ I’m the tank boss here”.
I couldn't treat them any differently than I could others, so I let their charges known to the real tank boss. Fifteen minutes later they came back to me and said “we need to move”. I said “tough $#@! tank boss, it looks like you’ve got problems”.

About three days later I got summonsed to the Lt’s Office as the punks wrote a grievance complaining about what I did. The LT read the grievance and said “ is that accurate”? I said “ almost exactly word for word”. The LT laughed and said “ ok, consider your wrist officially slapped”.
From that day on, whenever I had an inmate that was becoming an issue I’d tell him loudly in front of everyone “if you don’t shut up, I’m going to stand right here and tell these guys about your charges”. It worked every time.

Animals are tortured regularly and often by humans, they dont always get caught and we dont always hear about it.
Any human that can torture an animal can torture another human
