Does grocery shopping make you hungry?

I expect that part of the process is to try to find constructive outlets for mild manic phases, like undertaking a good clean of the house or getting rid of junk or just going for a good hike.

Crap. I just dropped an entire bowl of popcorn in the floor and one popcorn went in my tea glass. You know what that means? I have to get another glass of tea and invite my friend over that drags a dog around so it can eat this mess up from my floor.

Shopping while hungry is not a good idea for me. I eat healty and don't buy much junk but the volume I get seems to double when hungry.
