What I find most amusing is the fear response from a cartoon. Tighten up guys.
We are all brothers and sisters in humanity. We are all made from the same dust of stars. We cannot be separated because all life is interconnected.

I didn't find it frightening, I found it sad.
I firmly believe that what a person sets out to find -- they will find. If we look for what's wrong with the world, that's what we'll find, but if we look for the wonderful aspects, our lives will also be wonderful.
This planet is an incredible place and it's just getting better day by day. If you look at how far we've come as a society, it's obvious we're doing something right. In fact, we're doing everything right. When you see something that bothers you, it creates a desire within to change, and that's how our world evolves. Every day on this planet, people are working to make life better.
That's worth something. That's everything.

It has everything to do with what the cartoon was about. The cartoon's intent was to look only at the worst of the worst, it didn't contain a shred of what the real world is like. It's 100% negative.
You can think the cartoon says something important -- I just feel badly for the tortured soul who created it.
But, it did one nice thing -- it made me realize how lucky I am not to see things that way.
