I respectfully disagree. let's say hypothetically that that a bottle or box or piece of X is $1.00 in every grocery store in every "non-bad" neighborhood. However, the walkable grocery store to the poor inner city residents that same bottle is $4.69 (I am making this difference up to illustrate) and when you consider security, shoplifting, increased insurance b/c of risk etc it should be $1.49 -- is it not exploitation to charge $4.69 b/c you know that people within walking distance have to have it, you're the only game in town and they can go elsewhere? Maybe the answer is -- Ohio has anti-gouging laws and they need to be enforced. Just thinking out loud.
