Awww...thats my kid holding her. She took her this morning, but I'm sure I'll be able to post photos as she grows. I would have kept her but we have older cats...one turned 20 this summer and she's pretty frail. Thank you so much for your offer.

So, FindersKeepers earned his screen name. Up until now, I thought FK was female.

I'm female and thats my daughter. She bought her own farm a couple of years ago, so I think she was probably dressed to feed the animals or something. She's also in law enforcement. Sadly, I don't own camo or carhart. Lol

Oh. So she is 5-0 huh? I paid my parking ticket and I was not here ..

We live out in the country and it's not unusual for people to dump their cats or dogs, which we then either keep or rehome. This little one looks to be about 8 to 10 weeks and she came out of the field yesterday evening meowing so loudly I thought she might be hurt. Just a tiny thing.

She ran directly toward one of our adult cats who promptly arched her back and hissed at the little one. I was finally able to catch her and put her in the garage over night. She was so hungry. Quick calls to others on our mile determined no one had lost a kitty, but she's too pretty to be a feral. She looks a bit like a Maine coon cat.

Awwww, she's a beauty. I want one of those Maine Coon cats, but we already have six cats, lol. I was never a cat guy until we got a bunch, but when they vocalize loudly like that it melts my heart.

Okay, so she's settled in now. Visited the vet. Got her shots. Dewormed. The vet thinks she's about 10 weeks, which is what we guessed. She's a little on the light side, no clue how long she was outside. I walked around last night just in case someone dumped a whole litter but didn't find any more. My daughter named her "Autumn." I suggested "Whiskey."
