The other thing is that the babies will go quickly to their new adoptive parents without the delay.

    To me, what Peterson was doing makes the most sense and I suggest they change the law rather than make it more difficult for Americans to adopt.

    I'd be willing to bet something else is going on here -- perhaps a personal vendetta.
