    Looks like a real winner.
    You are wrong about police.

To be fair - and I realize that isn't easy under the circumstances - did you ever had a bad driver's license photo? My current one makes me look like a suicide bomber on meth.

No, my DL photos all look great. I even saved the old ones.

I appreciate your sense of fairness with regard to booking photos. I know you mentioned it in another thread as well. And you are correct. In those circumstances, people are not going to be all happy-smiley with an Instagram or Facebook photo finish.

However, and however unfair this may be.. I look at the shape of their heads and eyes, how high or low their ears are on their heads and so on and I make a judgment that they aren't winners of the genetic lottery.
    You are wrong about police.

An 8 year old witness in the house said she thought a prowler was outside and went to her pocket book to retrieve her gun. It's lawful in TX to defend your house.

Not if the prowler is an unstable cop who has failed to identify himself and has already decided there is a crime in progress - then your right to defend your house is forfeit.

What do you mean by "unstable"? Is that scientific terminology, your term for icky, or what?

A lot of us could put ourselves in her shoes. She is there with kids, someone that has not identified himself is lurking outside her home. Most of us would grab a gun to protect them.

Just another coward with a gun and a badge committing murder. Same old, same old.

Because he's an unprofessional coward with a sense of entitlement. In other words, he's an increasingly typical example of police culture in America.
