I've heard that before and why you would link to that video is beyond me. Around the 4 minute mark is where Schiff starts lying about what Trump said. Schiff later called it a "parody" but he never should have lied like that. Complaints have been filed against him for doing so.

Yes, witnesses should be protected -- but our rule of law doesn't permit them to be anonymous. It's a constitutional right for all accused to be able to face their accusers.

But, Schiff knows the whistleblower is made-up, which is why Schiff is now moving away from the whistleblower complaint and trying to make his case solely on the call transcript. This whole thing has been concocted from the get-go and it's getting ready to backfire on democrats in Congress.

No. That is why the House won't hold a vote to open an impeachment inquiry. Because then rebubs would have subpoena power and this stuff would come out- the "media" would have to report it.

And it is why I ultimately think there will be no impeachment vote. Because all of this chicanery and Dem corruption will come out in a public forum. This is not about impeachment. It is about the 2020 campaign.

And if we used the Dem standard for what constitutes a campaign finance violation- this qualifies. But do not expect the "media" to report on this.

Schiff is having his entire impeachment sham in secret. Everything is behind closed doors. This is to prevent Trump from making a defense. We have moved into the secret trial phase of the coup.

I think Schiff is trying to save his own skin because if they get him under oath then Republicans can ask questions about the whistle-blowers contacts with Schiff.
We also have not learned, who changed the rules that allowed hearsay to be allowed under the whistle-blower statute.

They know that the impeachment will never pass the test of the Senate so this is all about playing out a drama in the media to make Trump look bad. You don't expect anyone in the visual media to be fair to Trump so you? The only exception is a few evening hosts on FOX. FOX as a network is also against Trump. The Democrats only want to stop his re-election with this farce.
