How do you totally relax and combat stress?

Myself? Today was typical of how I do it. I turn my ringer down , I disconnected my doorbells long ago, I go to the master bedroom where I cannot hear anything and sleep. Today I slept 13 hours. Woke up put a fettucini in the microwave grabbed a glass of tea and went back to the bedroom. I didn't check my phone (haven't in 2 days) but did sign in here. A chance to say hello to people I care about and read a few topics, check the music and then just think pleasent thoughts. Sometimes life is what you make it.

I tend to do that well. Occasionally I will get something on my mind 24 hours a day for extended periods but thats usually a pleasant thing. The little stuff I just ignore it until it goes away

To remove stress, let my cat lay on my chest and purr. Removes all stress.

Then when I go to work. Pick on leftists, talk $#@! about them, dump on them and let them know just how much they are loved.

Every now and then I catch a Chicago Democrat walking around and offer to listen to his victimhood, then explain reality to It.
History does not long Entrust the care of Freedom, to the Weak or Timid!!!!! Dwight D. Eisenhower ~

I leave the cell phone in the house, and go do something in the garden. The cat will follow me and flop ontop of a prized planting, and supervise while I pull weeds, deadhead spent blooms and generally meander about.
