I doubt that has anything to do with a vegetarian diet per se. I eat a lot of animal protein and I'm always a little hungry. Between my activity level, my genes, and the amount of tea I drink I burn calories awfully fast. In some respects, vegetarian meals keep you feelign full for longer periods of time (e.g. beans).
Whoever criticizes capitalism, while approving immigration, whose working class is its first victim, had better shut up. Whoever criticizes immigration, while remaining silent about capitalism, should do the same.

Eat more but smaller meals - 5 or 6 per day.
