No it isn't. I'll bet the roof wasn't more than 10 or 15 feet off the ground. He could have easily jumped and would have except there were police officers waiting for him.

The roof was 9 feet and if he climbed up there he could jump down, If he hung jump he would have been no more than 3.5 ft off the ground, im 72 and I could do that. I would have told him 3 times, get down on your own or im making you hit the ground. It doesn't matter if it was only 9 feet. 9 feet is a huge fall. It is one thing when you jump on your own. You can calculate your landing in your mind and prepare yourself. When you are pushed you have no control over your landing. You can just fall down while walking with no height at all and break something how much more so from 9 feet.

I don't care what is done to criminals. They're enemies of the human race. So is the ruling class for sadistically turning these savages loose on us.
