Claiming Clinton "said" something when in fact she didn't, is indeed fake news and is misleading.

For sure, but even if they weren't Gabbard is the only outsider of the group. This is what they do to the outsider, they slander him/her, generally with this Russian agent thing that they've been fascinated with over the last few years. First they accused Trump and now Gabbard. They aren't intelligent or creative enough to come up with a new line of slander, apparently.
