I'll gladly vote for an "R" if he holds conservative ideas. If he doesn't maintain those conservative ideas as an elected official, I won't vote to reelect him.
In my state legislature my local state rep is a Democrat, but he's one of the most conservative elected officials. The local Republican Party won't put up a candidate to oppose him.
And yet, the man who hasn't lied to you. The President who has passed the promised tax cuts. The President who promised immigration policies you support....and enacted them. The President who promised you foreign policy withdrawals and did so...…a President who really isn't a Republican.....you still won't vote for. Almost as if someone needs to mirror your viewpoints to earn your vote. Any difference omits consideration?

I gotta give your point there, Pete. His spending hasn't sat well, I don't like these sudden withdrawals that go against all military advice. But given the points that I've made. And the fact that he's put Conservative judges on the courts. He's remade the 9th circuit, he put two young conservatives on the court, he fought for Kavanaugh. He's earned your vote, go after him on spending, but make sure he's elected first. For God's sake.

Exactly right. This man sticks up for points Peter advocates here often. Illegal immigration, Peter and the President are almost identical. These withdrawals from Afghanistan and Syria that have seen the exit of John Bolton and General Mattis…...are what Peter has been calling to for years. The President placed judges who meet with Peter's measure...and Peter has a law degree. The President promised Peter a wall, a tax cut, deregulation of businesses, the withdrawal from these ridiculous Paris Accords, the TPP, Nafta, and the Iran Agreement.
I mean he's attacked yuge issues all in Pete's wheelhouse and yet......hasn't earned Pete's vote unless he's actually impeached as if what Peter has seen to date isn't enough. Like.....wow. Mule stubborn.
