When I feel depressed I do something relaxing in the sunshine. Just sitting in the sun's rays doing nothing even. I know you'll bounce back Cotton. You have dealt with this issue before.

Ive had very few trips up and down the ladder as quick as that. I havent left the house in 7 days and only went outside a few minutes. It felt great but maybe it wasnt good for me

Moving into another realm be it a dream state , alter ego , sock acct. Etc is quite liberating at times. Just for fun ill share the socks I used to have active.
