She cured herself from stones and one other person that I know of. I can see how the vinegar could work. A lot of people drink a spoon of vinegar a day some drink a small shot of it. It is kind of strong though. If you ever do try the vinegar apple cider with the mother is the best.

I slice either a lemon or a lime into my water.

That is good. They say if you eat at least one lemon a day it will prevent the stones. When I was eating the spinach shakes. I always put 1/2 of a lemon in with it. Specifically for the prevention of stones. It tasted really good I thought. Spinach is really good.

The only thing you get from squeezing almonds is almond oil. The rest of the fake milk must be water, sugar, lab manufactured whiteners and flavors.

Lemon juice makes a lot of green stuff more palatable. Spinach is pretty good, but kale tastes like freshly mowed grass. I remember when wheat-grass juice was all the rage at health food stores, I tried a shot once. Yep, once.

I have had a couple of bad kidney stone events. They helped confirm to me that doctors are not educated, but trained. If you don't have something immediately wrong with you, they are useless.

I often do when I drink alcohol. I go through two lemons on the weekend. I've had gout a few times and its a miserable experience. I've narrowed the cause down to dehydration which I'm vert careful about now but the lemon is an insurance policy. Lemon juice lowers your PH. Gout is caused by an acid.

According to this article, insufficient hydration is more of an issue than oxylates: https://www.kidney.org/atoz/content/...-kidney-stones

That has been my experience with gout. I would not doubt this is true in many cases but we're all individuals. Some of us may be more susceptible than others.

My former boss has an issue with gout, yet he eats very healthily, however he does have an addiction to coffee, which we know is a diuretic, like any compound that contains caffeine. I wonder if that is really undermining his hydration.
