    Almond Milk

Since a kid ive loved an ice cold glass of milk, I still do but I dont anymore. I stopped drinking whole milk long ago because my wife made me and we went to 2%, then all of a sudden 2% turned to non fat or skim milk and that was that.

Now we drink almond milk and I LOVE IT, Not silk brand it has a nasty taste and dirty dingy color.

We drink Blue Diamond Original unsweetened, 30 calories for 8 ounce, its delicious and creamy. Use it for most everything

We havent bought cows milk in at least a couple of years.

I've had Blue Diamond coconut milk and I like that for smoothies. For a milk replacement (mostly vegan here), I like oat milk -- it's just so nice and white and has a good mouthfeel. Plus, it's just pennies a gallon since I make it myself.

    I like almond milk, too.

Aside from coconut milk I cannot drink any other plant based milk. They are loaded with oxylates and very bad for those prone to kidney stones.

Actually, you might not want to look into that. Your food menu is gonna shrink in the rudest of ways....
