This is different, I don't think Wilson has the running game or defense he's had in the past though. So hats off to him , but I think an awakening might be around the corner.
I agree about the refs. The spot that caused the 49ers to kick to try to win instead of getting closer or scoring was terrible. The offical that got it right was over ruled.
The dropped Int's hit Seattle defenders right in the chest. They had two hands on each one.

There were more bad calls that that one spot.

Seattle has has a very sold running game. Chris Carson is a beast. Seattle's problems are all on defense.

His inconsistencies cost the 49ers a Super Bowl. He was a spaz when the pressure was on.

What stood out to me is a 6'2" QB could get the ball tipped and knocked down so many times. That almost cost him an interception several times and seemed to destroy his confidence.
I'm a Pats fan and it was no drama when we traded him away. He is no young Tom Brady.

I think he has the potential to develop into a fine QB. He appears to be somewhat of a slow learner. He doesn't read defenses as well as he should and he doesnt react to pressure like a franchise type QB. When he solves those issues he'll be a solid QB.

The Patriots don't have a replacement for Brady. They can't get one either until Brady is out of the picture as he wont tolerate having his replacement in waiting.

Sure he hands off for 200 yards a game and doesn't get the same number of throws as many glamour boy QB's.
But one way to compare apples to apples ? Yards per attempt where Jimmy ranks a solid 9th well ahead of many "elite QB's" including Mr. Brady. Hell if you want to point out a weakness of Jimmy's go after his so so TD to INT ratio. But even that says "not a game manager" . He doesn't get as many red zone TD passes as other QB's because the niners just run it in. Yesterday he excelled down the field in the the 15 yards range when needed
I had to stick up for Jimmy. Maybe it's because I look just like him? LOL
Your boy lost the game. He folded under pressure.
