Trump's Faith Advisor Paula White Is Now a White House Staffer

This is not a hate Trump post. But you have to admit things are getting a bit strange......

We are all brothers and sisters in humanity. We are all made from the same dust of stars. We cannot be separated because all life is interconnected.

She's not quite as controversial -- yet -- as Jeremiah Wright was, but only time will tell. She's a direct link to evangelicals, so it was probably smart for Trump to get her in his corner. Evangelicals love folks who were down and out and who then claim God lifted them up.

She's not my cup of tea, but she brings the backing of a large sector to Trump.

Not going to address the whataboutism attempt, so could you please provide a link showing Jeremiah Wright ever being on the payroll of the WH?

Wright retired early in 2008. Why would he be on the WH payroll?

Wright never made it as far as the WH, we all know what happened, but in Ed Klien's book, "The Amateur" he makes the claim that Obama had to pay Wright off to the tune of $150K to get him to shut his mouth.

No, I mentioned that I see it, but will not address it because it shows how hypocritical it is for someone to ascribe a behavior to a person, then turn around and display that behavior themselves.

Second, then there was no reason to even bring up Wright’s name if he was never on the WH payroll. Apples to oranges comparison.

You just did it again. By the way, if you were a better reader, you would have seen that I've often said whataboutism can be beneficial. But, as usual, you only hear what you want to hear.

I wasn't using the "WH payroll," as my measure of comparison. I was using the fact that presidents have "spiritual advisors," and, in that context, Trump's has yet to piss off a large number of people.
