He didn't claim we didn't have 3 branches of government. He said they aren't Co-equal branches. So quit trying to act like AOC or going for that blond moment, and actual read what was said.

I posted a link from a credible expert. If you want to ignore it and cling to your mistaken idea, that's cool. I won't force you to learn something.

It's hard to remember those times since trump supporters refuse to hold this president accountable for anything. They no longer get the benefit of the doubt. I honestly don't view trump supporters as Americans. I look at them as an extension of Trump's family trying to break down our values and crush our Constitution while advocating for Russia.

Trump supporters are enemies to this country.

According to your link, Congress has more powers than the Executive Branch, so yes, they are not three co-equal branches of government. Just not the way you thought.

    Quantity vs. Quality

Sure, Congress has more powers, but it’s not just a question of quantity. ONLY Congress can declare war. ONLY Congress can collect taxes, borrow money, and pay debts. And ONLY Congress can remove someone from another branch of the federal government. Congress can remove a judge, the President or other officer in the executive branch, and even a member of the same house of Congress. A President CANNOT remove a member of Congress. No court can remove a member of Congress; ONLY Congress or the people can remove a member of Congress.

I'd agree, generally, Congress has more powers delegated to it. More, though I'm not sure how to evaluate which is more powerful by that.
