China Believes US Should Abandon Sanctions on Iran - Envoy for Middle East

" "China believes that the United States should abandon these methods, abandon unilateral sanctions and extreme pressure on Iran because this is the only way to return to the original correct way to solve the problem", the Chinese diplomat said at a briefing. He stressed that the current tense situation in the Middle East was associated with unilateral sanctions and pressure exerted by the United States, as well as with Washington's unilateral withdrawal from the nuclear deal with Tehran. At the same time, the official expressed hope that Tehran would adhere to its obligations under the nuclear deal and avoid aggravating the situation.".......https://sputniknews.com/middleeast/2...r-middle-east/

China giving advice, china needs to stop its human rights violations and the way it treats its own people before they even mention any other country.

I once bought a new notepad from an online chinese seller who immediately upped the money he wanted a hundred dollars or more (don't recall the amount) after I committed to purchase at his posted asking price. He would not admit he was doing anything wrong, but I found it impossible to believe he couldn't see it.

I tend to agree with Chinese view that the only way to solve the Iran problem and de-escalate the Gulf tension , is to drop the sanctions and start negotiating a better deal. Trump will drop them anyway , but not until he secures his second term by acting the tough guy for the voters.....midday soap opera electioneering.

Would Iran commit to tying the ceasing of all support for terrorist activities to the resumption of nuclear talks?

The issue of terrorism is unrelated to the JCPOA.
