Does this forum accept liberal viewpoint postings?

I only see republican/conservative postings so I just wanted to make sure my perspective would be allowed a chance.

Please forgive me if that sounds presumptuous, but I need to ask because I don't want to waste my time again: I was recently on a similar forum to this one and put some time into a vibrant and civil debate. Suddenly, I found myself permanently banned with no explanation except the dubious standard line "multiple users on one account". I created a new ID so I could ask the moderator what was really going on and again I was banned -- this time with the message "You are not welcome here." I can only assume that someone there did not appreciate my perspective because the one and only thread that I started had also been deleted. I was heart broken by the loss. As far as I know I didn't break any rules. I ignored the inevitable trolls and never engaged in personal attacks (whats the point?). I sought only to understand why conservatives are conservatives, although I did refute arguments put to me when I had to.

The truth is I expect that this forum will be fair. But then again, that is what I thought the last time.

The answer is no your liberal viewpoints will not be accepted here, at least that's what it will feel like. But dont be fooled, we only have a few extremist right wing members that wont accept you. It just seems like they are 50 people because they are quite vicious. But really they are small in numbers just 10 to 15 people. The other 50 members are really decent and you will find they are great people to debate or chat with.

The moderators wont ban you just for your liberal views. But the few loud mouths will give an immediate go at running you off the forum. But I say dont let a few people who are loud make you feel unwelcome. Welcome to this fourm and I look forward to seeing your posts and points of view. We are in need of fresh view points.

Put on your iron skin and give it a go.
