    Increased warmth doesn't necessarily effect rain fall... though an increase in warmth is debatable in and of it's self.

    Dry conditions, which can occur virtually any time, any place, and wind combined with poor resource management is the culprit.

    Apparently people who connect brushfires to the 1.4 degree increase in temperatures since 1890. You know. Cause that increase means more bugs that kill trees and dead trees cause brush fires so... Climate change!
