Donald Trump was not my first choice, last time around, for the Rep candidate. I sure wasn 't going to vote for Hillary, so I did vote for TRump. Now I see him in a different light. Our economy...??? best in many years. NATO members etc are paying more of their share. President Trump has made things better in and for this nation. More could have been done...IF...he had received any help from the Dems. ie, for months there has been a new Trade agreement with out neighbors, Mexico and Canada, that Pelosi and her Dems will not even bring it to the House floor. While this President is trying to make beneficial deals with China, N Korea and others, the world is hearing Dems tell them he is every kind of a traitor, crook etc. Just how can anyone think that is in the best interest of the ....nation?

Damn right, I changed my mind and especially about the Democratic party. It has become dangerous to our Constitution and our very personal lives.

From libertarians the idea of a truly limited government, something Republicans give lip service to, something Democrats can't imagine with their promises of spending more and more for cradle to grave welfare.

    Theater is the correct word.

Trump 2020 for me. I was not a Trump guy in the first election but all in now.

I'm not even paying much attention to the conversations about it here.

Of course, the same may be said, in reverse.

This suggests that many (on both sides, actually) have preconceived beliefs, that are simply impervious to any evidence--one way or the other.

There is a name for this sort of reasoning: It is the a priori fallacy.

But perhaps someone can point me to a person who has changed his (or her) mind--on either side-- since the hearings began.
That is the power of polarization. For the donkephant faithful to vote out one of their own he/she would have to be caught red handed throwing puppies AND kittens off buildings. For them to vote outside the two party stranglehold would take a line of "representatives" waiting their turn to kick puppies and kittens off the building. And that's not going to happen. They do that $#@! at night after ordering the security guards to leave.
So what we have is a situation where no matter how awful the donkephant preforms collectively they will be handed 95% of the power for no good reason

I voted 3rd party, but if this coup is still going on I will vote Trump.

If it comes to civil war I can take charge of Patriots. I can teach people to shoot, move, and communicate.

Two and half years of listening to Morning Joke tell me the walls were closing in. And then, nothing.

And now here I find myself watching CSpan. At least I graduated from NBC. And it's the same crappola, only worse. Schiff's witnesses, one after another, are making him to be a fool. And after each hearing he gets more animated and emotionally unhinged.

Let's look at the facts. Schiff is going emotionally insane, and his witnesses are not supporting his narrative. Not one of them.
Schiff just lies about what the witnesses said. The "media" goes with it.

Ideally nobody would ever vote (D) or (R). But the majority are stupid.
