When you eat a strong salami, you need a bread that isn't bland. It's about balancing the flavors. Salami has a lot of fat in it, so mayo is just doubling down on the grease factor. Mustard just inflates the sourness. A robust eastern European rye bread tends to have a nutty flavor, which is a perfect balance for the tang of the salami.

It absolutely does. Ive been doing an in depth study of music. Its smazing what a universal language it truly is. Its an integral part of our psyche that cuts across all cultures and time and effects most of us in the same way at a deep level. Some more than others but still. You might like this thread.

It reminds us of our experiences in life. And at times inspires us. It's poetry.

Indeed it does. One of the first things I do in the morning is play a good song or two on youtube. " i cant stand it when the music stops" jagger/richards.

Our poliicians have taught us to be so dry, calculated, and politically correct. Do one thing wrong in your life and the Gov't records it in your education file, and you are branded for life. I don't want to live in such a society where human frailties are frowned upon by lying politicians who somehow get away with lying.
