Pretty basic stuff a smithfeild spiral cut smoked ham candied yams stuffing home made peas asparagas wrapped in a rather expensive prosciutto sprinkle what's real Italian parmesan imported and hand grated with a touch of lime juice and amish butter.
And a small chopped salad with prosciutto and blue cheese dressing with bores head creamy blue cheese crumbles added with sliced peppers and snow peas olives bacon crumbles from apple smoked bacon cherry tomatoes..
We used a shank portion of ham so we would have to many left overs and had a nice bone and enough scraps to make pinto beans the old fashioned way.
I even have a nich chunk of pork belly to throw in .
