    Nobody wants Koepernick.

No NFL team wants Koepernick. Zero. Nada. Zip.

Racism in the NFL is rampant and apparently getting worse.

You sure it's not because he's a third rate QB with no job references and a bad attitude about bosses?

... and no one seems willing to defend him. You don't consider this racism?

There was an Army JAG I served with in the 10th MNT. He left the NFL under a shadow. He left the Army after 3 years for the same reasons. His going away speech was some long screed about how race and racism taints everything in the Army just like the NFL. I chuckled.

Actions and words have consequence. He should have mustered his protest while off work outside at the front gate. He was on the NFL's dime when he did what he did.
The cost had nothing to do with his race. So far, it's you and one other that seems to consider it racist to tell Kap to stop while at work.
BTW, he's not a good QB on his best day. Why put someone to work that cannot do the job they are paid to do?

There is a grand hypocrisy in the 'canceling' of Colin Kaepernick, it is an American trait that the system uses to cloud criticism. Remember the 'Dixie Chicks' they too spoke out and in this land of assumed freedom, freedom only means repeat the bromides and stay away from the truth or an opinion that doesn't match the myth. Weird huh. All Kaepernick did was kneel as blacks were being killed on our streets. Odd huh. Which is worst, strangling someone to death or kneeling.

'We are being told of the evils of “cancel culture,” a new scourge that enforces purity, banishes dissent and squelches sober and reasoned debate. But cancel culture is not new. A brief accounting of the illustrious and venerable ranks of blocked and dragged Americans encompasses Sarah Good, Elijah Lovejoy, Ida B. Wells, Dalton Trumbo, Paul Robeson and the Dixie Chicks. '

Colin is not NFL material. At best he's only a third rate QB. He was a third rate QB when he had a job.

The above statements are true and accurate and have nothing to do with race.
You believe he should be hired just because he's black?

Claiming racism is guiding the NFL with the Kaepernick situation is the height of ignorance.

Team chemistry is a necessary element of developing a winning environment. Kaepernick is a divisive figure who brings too many negative distractions to a team. He has no one but himself to blame for his circumstances.

NFL profit is also a major part of the issue. Kaepernick caused a large drop in it with his tantrums.

If Kaepernick is truly being kept out due to politics, how do you explain the hiring of Eric Reid? He's essentially Kaepernick's sidekick and best friend. He has been equally as vocal and political as Kaepernick.

The censorship/collusion argument doesn't add up.

What does add up is that Kaepernick isn't actually interested in playing. Him getting hired nullifies his central argument for his cause.
