    Today I had sourdough bread freash from the bakery rhis morning with butter 2 strips of cherry wood smoked bacon a bit of custom made sausage cheese and parsley stuffed 1\2. A potato cake made with bacon and covered in beef gravy20200428_101829.jpg20200428_095954.jpg

    There is a way to cook the tops so that they look much like an easy over egg. It's done by using more oil or butter in the pan (or bacon fat) and using a spoon to ladle the fat over the egg while it's cooking, so that you are sort of frying the top of the egg as well.
